How to Request a Home Healthcare Visit in Madinah

A practical guide to requesting home healthcare in Madinah: choose a service, share callback details and confirm coverage, appointments, prices and access.

Start with the service you want to discuss

Al Fazaa coordinates doctor visits, home nursing, physiotherapy and laboratory sample collection within Madinah city. Select the service you want to ask about, or choose “Help me choose” if you are unsure of the category.

A patient or family caregiver can start the request. Staff review the requested service and availability before confirming an appointment. The website form is for callbacks and coordination, not emergency-service requests.

Share the initial callback details

Provide the contact name, a reachable mobile number, the neighborhood within Madinah and the requested service. A preferred date and time window help staff understand your request, but are not a confirmed appointment.

An account is not required for the initial request. If you choose an account, a sign-in code goes to email. That code does not verify patient identity or phone ownership and does not unlock medical records.

Confirm coverage, timing and the price

The team contacts you to review the location, coverage, requested service, practitioner, appointment and cost. Ask whether the quoted amount covers the visit alone or also includes procedures, tests or supplies. Confirm the final price and applicable tax before agreeing.

For packages, confirm the session count or included services, conditions and scheduling arrangements. Purchasing a package does not automatically confirm every appointment, and different packages may have different conditions.

Prepare access information for the home

When speaking with staff, have a location link, neighborhood, building details and any access instructions ready. Tell the team if the address or contact number changes. A new website form alone does not amend an already-confirmed visit.

Care is provided at the patient’s home after coverage and the appointment are confirmed. Patients are not seen at the administrative office, so do not travel there to receive a service.

Complete patient information through the appropriate channel

After confirmation and appropriate patient or caregiver authorization checks, staff may help complete the patient file through the dedicated channels. Do not place identity images, diagnoses or test results in the general callback form.

Essential sign-in and coordination messages are separate from optional marketing consent. Private post-visit feedback emails also require a separate choice and a confirmed address. Participation is optional and does not affect care.

Follow up or request a change

Keep the request reference shown after submission. Call or contact WhatsApp on 0556506934, or follow your own request through the optional account. Submission does not mean an appointment is confirmed until the team contacts you.

For postponements, service changes or revised package timetables, contact staff to review availability and agreed conditions before a change is confirmed.
